Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen

  • 6 Medjool dates, pitted and soaked for 10 minutes

  • 2/3 cup raw cashews, soaked for 4 hours or overnight

  • 1 1/4 cups Almond milk

  • 1/3 cup Rolled oats

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

  • pinch cinnamon

  • pinch of sea salt

Directions

  • Put half of each ingredient in a blender and blend for 1 minute at high speed. Add the remaining ingredients and blend on high until thick and creamy. Pour into a tall glass and give the topping according to taste.
