The pastry is very flat with the filling consisting of only one very thin layer of leprosy. This delicious sweet treat has always been a prima donna among fans of cakes and sweets. Pie Crust Ingredients:

200 gr of wheat flour
120 gr of butter or margarine
15 gr of sugar
1 chicken egg yolk
1 tablespoon of water
salt and vanilla extract to taste

Ingredients of Milk Pie:

2 chicken egg yolks, beatenen
25 gr of cornstarch
120 gr can of sweetened condensed milk
160 ml of milk

How To Make Teflon Milk Pie Without Oven:

How to make it easy and fast without an oven you can imitate at home. First, we make the pie crust first. Mix flour with margarine, sugar, chicken egg yolk, water, salt, and vanilla extract to taste. Stir well. Knead the pie dough until smooth and not sticky. Pour the milk pie crust mixture into the round Teflon that has been greased first. Flatten and spread the dough crust on the edge of the mold. Then pierce the bottom of the dough using a fork so that the milk pie is evenly cooked. Heat briefly over low heat so that the crust does not burn. Turn off the heat and set it aside.

Meanwhile, we make the filling of the milk pie. Mix 2 beaten eggs into a medium bowl, add the cornstarch solution, and sweetened condensed milk to the beaten chicken eggs, finally pour in the liquid milk and mix until slightly thickened. Let stand a few moments and strain the milk pie filling mixture.

Pour the pie filling over the crust. Cover the Teflon and cook until cooked and golden yellow pie. You can add toppings to your taste or use other flavors by replacing liquid milk and sweetened condensed milk. And don’t forget to add flavor powder or food coloring to make it look even more stunning.

Heat briefly over low heat so that the crust does not burn. Turn off the heat and set it aside.
  • To make a milk pie filling. Prepare a medium-sized bowl, mix 2 beaten eggs into it, add the cornstarch solution, sweetened condensed milk, and liquid milk. Stir until thickened. Pour the pie filling over the crust. Cover the Teflon and cook until done and the pie golden yellow. Cut the pie into individual sizes.
