Ingredients

  • 1 pound finely chopped ground chicken

  • 8 ounces rice or ramen noodles, cooked according to package directions. Drain, rinse with water and set aside.

  • ½ cup water

  • ¼ cup finely chopped green onions

  • Gochujang Sauce:
  • ¼ cup gochujang paste

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce or hoisin sauce

  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice or rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Add ¼ cup of gochujang paste, beat and add ginger paste, soy sauce, fresh lime juice, toasted sesame oil, minced garlic, and salt to taste, stir until combined. Add a little water to make it a little runny or add cornstarch to make it thicker.
  • Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir fry the finely ground chicken for about 5 minutes. Add the previously thinly sliced ​​red chilies, cabbage, and carrots mixture, finely chopped green onions, and saute for 2 minutes. Transfer the noodles back to the pan and add the zucchini.
