The main raw material for brownie pudding itself is plain bread. Where later it is torn into pieces and mashed together with sugar, cocoa powder, gelatin, and chocolate milk in a blender. After that, it is cooked until it boils, but before that, mix dark cooking chocolate which is the most important ingredient in making this brownie pudding.

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces of white bread

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  • 1 packet of gelatin, plain or chocolate

  • 750 ml of chocolate milk

  • 100 gr chopped dark cooking chocolate

  • vanilla Vla and strawberry slices for topping

Directions

  • Prepare a blender or chopper. Add 3 pieces of shredded white bread, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, 1 packet of plain or chocolate agar, 750 ml of chocolate milk and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the pudding mixture into the pan, cook until it’s steaming hot, stirring constantly. Add 100 gr chopped dark cooking chocolate and stir again until the chocolate is mixed with the pudding mixture. Cook until boiling.
  • Pour the pudding mixture into the pan. Shuffle the pan so that the pudding is even. Let stand a few moments at room temperature. Once set and not hot, chill in the refrigerator for a few hours until the pudding hardens.
  • Remove from pan and decorate according to taste. We use vanilla vla with strawberry slices.

Notes

  • Make sure that when cooked in the pan, the dough is constantly stirred so that there are no ingredients in the bottom of the pan. Once the dough is boiling, immediately turn off the heat, don’t let the dough pop.
