Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, seeded

  • 1 tablespoon of peanut oil or olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt

  • salt and pepper to tasted

  • 1 cup cooked Penne Pasta

  • ½ cup diced red bell pepper

  • ½ cup diced yellow bell pepper

  • ½ cup diced red onion

  • ½ cup sliced green Chili

Directions
