Curry itself is one of the typical Indian foods that have been known and spread to various regions including Asia and various other countries, of course, with different variations, depending on the ingredients used.

If in India the curry sauce is very thick, then in some other areas the sauce is even thinner and looks like a sauce. In East Asia such as Japan and Korea, this food is also quite popular.

Korean curry has a much thicker sauce with a milder taste compared to the original curry in India. Many of the curry sauce itself is sold in instant form in the form of curry powder. In general, Koreans use instant curry powder instead of homemade spices or seasonings. Not only that, but Korean curry also adds vegetables such as potatoes, cabbage, mushrooms, pumpkin, carrots, corn, or zucchini, and for side dishes, they use chicken or beef or other meat according to taste.

Curry is usually made to accompany the main menu and is usually eaten with rice. However, some people combine it and make it into a dish, namely Curry Fried Rice. 300 gr rice
1 ½ tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 eggs
2 pinch of black pepper
olive oil

First, you can stir the rice with curry powder, oyster sauce, and eggs in a bowl. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Saute for about 2 minutes. Add black pepper and mix again. Turn off heat and serve without moving on a plate. How easy and fast isn’t it? Good luck.
