Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mango

  • 1 cup Pineapple

  • 2 cups Orange Juice

  • 1 cups Yogurt or thick Coconut Milk or Almond Milk

  • 1 tablespoon toasted coconut

  • toasted coconut for topping (optional)

Directions

  • Add 1 cup Mango, 2 cups Orange Juice, 1 cup Pineapple, and 1 cup Yogurt to the blender.
  • Blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth and thick. Pour into a glass. Give a sprinkling of roasted coconut on top.
