Berries: This fruit is the main and most important ingredient. You can use frozen berries. This fruit not only contains many vitamins but is also rich in antioxidants so that it has many health benefits. In addition, the appearance of sweet berries also often makes this fruit a favorite choice as a garnish to enhance the appearance of food and drinks, especially desserts.

Riced Cauliflower: cauliflower rice is cauliflower that is mashed to a grain like rice. This processed cauliflower is used as an alternative to rice which is high in fiber and low in carbohydrates. We use the head part which consists of small flowers before finally cutting it into small pieces.

Vanilla Protein Powder: this is the next ingredient you can add to it. Vanilla protein powder is included in one of the protein powders that are widely used in beverages.

Protein Powder itself is a protein in powder form made from animal protein sources such as milk and eggs or vegetable protein sources such as beans, rice, legumes, and hemp seeds. There can be various forms, namely whole protein powder, concentrate, isolate, and hydrolyzate.

Peanut Butter: This one ingredient is made from roasted peanuts and mashed after adding sugar and salt to produce a smooth and creamy jam. However, peanut butter is sometimes added with peanuts that are coarsely ground so that it will produce a crunchy texture.

Almond Milk: We use unsweetened ones. Because this drink has added peanut butter with a sweet and savory taste, making it a healthy drink, so it is suitable for you on a diet.

Cinnamon: Actually this one ingredient is optional. You can get rid of it if you don’t have it, but with cinnamon, the resulting drink is not only delicious but also smells good.

  • ½ cup frozen berries

  • 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 scoop all-natural peanut butter

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • cinnamon to taste

Directions

  • Put ½ cup frozen berries, 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 scoop all-natural peanut butter, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, and cinnamon to taste into the blender. Blend all ingredients until smooth and pour into a glass to enjoy.
