In this recipe, we will present another version of Cake Pops, a healthier snack, namely Banana Ice Cream Pops using banana as the main ingredient. Bananas which are rich in fiber and vitamins can be made into delicious snacks such as Banana Pops which can be consumed at breakfast or as an afternoon snack. In addition, the high potassium content in bananas is known to help muscle and nerve function and helps maintain fluid balance in the body

Ingredients Are Needed:

1 large Banana, Peel off and cut in half lengthwise
¼ cup Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Stevia for extra sweetness (optional)
2 plastic spoons, break and use only the legs

How to make it quite easy and does not take a long time. You just need to peel the banana and cut it lengthwise into pieces. You can keep it in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight is preferable.

Directions

  • Insert a plastic spoon into the center of the banana. Store in the refrigerator overnight.
