Ingredients

  • 1 fresh banana

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • ½ in fresh turmeric

  • ½ in fresh ginger

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  • pinch black pepper

  • 1 cup milk or coconut milk

Directions

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender, mix well and serve. Enjoy it.
