250 g of milk
30 g of sugar
30 g of corn starch
corn starch, egg, and cornflakes for layer

You only need to mix 250 g of milk with 30 g of sugar and 30 g of corn starch. Stir well. Cook over low heat until the mixture is thick and soft. Transfer to a container and store in the freezer for 1 hour. Once cool and hardened. Take out the milk and cut it into pieces. Coat the milk with a mixture of cornstarch, then egg, and finally toss in the previously crushed cornflakes. Fry for 30 seconds in hot oil or until the milk is browned. Remove, set aside. Have fun.

Directions
