You can make this healthy drink yourself at home with ingredients that are very easy to find in supermarkets at affordable prices.

Prepare Flat Tummy Smoothie Ingredients:

Banana: You only need 1 for one glass. If you want to make a lot, you can increase the amount according to your needs.

Lemon: The same thing with banana, just add the amount if you want to make a lot. But make sure not too much of it so that the smoothie doesn’t taste sour.

Apple: Don’t forget to wash then peel and slice. Actually, cut it to any size is fine because it will eventually be crushed in a blender.

Spinach: These ingredients are very important and determine the appearance of a beautiful natural green color. Not only that, spinach is known to have a myriad of benefits, both for the body, health, or beauty.

The nutrients contained include vitamin A and vitamin C which function to balance oil production in the pores of the skin and hair. In addition, spinach can also help keep skin looking youthful and help heal wounds. Vitamin K and Magnesium are very good for bones because they act as a bone matrix protein modifier, increase calcium absorption, and can reduce the amount of calcium that leaves the body. Then the iron is a mineral that is important in the formation of red blood cells.

The high beta-carotene content in spinach can help asthma sufferers reduce the symptoms they experience, the potassium content in spinach is known to be good for heart health and blood pressure. One of the antioxidants in spinach, alpha-lipoic acid, has been shown to lower glucose levels, improve insulin sensitivity, and prevent oxidative, stress-induced changes in patients with diabetes.

Spinach is a good source of the carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin. Both of these compounds have been linked to helping prevent age-related macular degeneration and cataracts. And don’t forget the fiber content which can help prevent constipation and promote a healthy digestive tract.

For the liquid itself, you can use almond milk or regular milk. But if you don’t have it, just add water.

Put 1 banana chopped, 1 piece of lemon, 1 apple, peeled and chopped, 1 cup spinach, and 1 cup water or milk in the blender. Blend until smooth and thickened. Pour into the smoothie glass.
