Cinnamon Milk Tea is a warm drink with a creamy taste that is usually served warm and is suitable for winter enjoyment. This tea is made from regular black tea but has much more flavor than regular tea and a much lower caffeine content than coffee.

Ingredients

  • 3 cinnamon sticks

  • 3 black tea bags

  • 2 cup water

  • 1 ½ cups milk

  • 3 teaspoons maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  • Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and add 3 cinnamon sticks. Pour into a teapot and put in 3 black tea bags as well, let the tea bags steep for 10 minutes.
  • While waiting for the tea to brew, heat 1 ½ cups of milk in the microwave.
  • Remove the tea bag and strain it using a colander.
  • Pour into several glasses, add 3 teaspoons maple syrup and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, mix well. Add hot milk and mix again. Serve together with cinnamon.
