Ingredients that must be prepared:

Pudding Chocolate (First Layer):

500 ml of water
130 grams of sugar
1 pack of chocolate jelly
50 gr dark cooking chocolate

Pudding Foam (Second Layer):

3 egg whites
100 grams of sugar
300 ml of water
1 tablespoon cornstarch solution
1 packet in order to taste (according to taste)
50 gr butter
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
50 gr dark cooking chocolate

To make the 2 layers earlier, you need the following steps:

First, we make chocolate pudding by heating water, together with sugar, gelatin, chocolate flavor and also adding dark cooking chocolate in the pan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly so that the dough does not clump. Then pour into a round pan that has been moistened with water beforehand. Leave it at room temperature to let the pudding cool and harden.

Then, while waiting for the chocolate pudding to harden, we immediately make the foam pudding. But before that, you need to beat the egg whites until they are half fluffy using an electric mixer.

Meanwhile, mix water, sugar, agar powder according to taste, butter, and cocoa powder in a saucepan, stir and cook over low heat. When the dough starts to boil, add dark cooking chocolate to make it even richer in flavor and aroma of chocolate and cornstarch solution to make it thicken. When it’s hot, you can immediately pour the mixture above into the egg that has expanded while continuing to mix it slowly until everything is completely blended. Then pour it over the chocolate pudding and store it in the refrigerator until it hardens.
