Pudding is a dessert that is generally made from a mixture of milk or yogurt, cornstarch, tapioca, or eggs. In its manufacture, pudding is usually boiled, steamed, or baked and served after cooling it first. But now there is instant pudding flour which makes it easier for people to make pudding because it only needs to be mixed with milk or water and then heated on the stove.

The pudding itself usually has a sweet taste because it uses chocolate, caramel, vanilla, or fruit flavors. There are also puddings that have a savory taste and tend to be salty, such as suet pudding or a type of pudding that contains beef wrapped in pie dough made of wheat flour mixed with lamb fat or beef fat.

Not only that, nowadays there are various types of pudding preparations that have sprung up, ranging from bread pudding using fresh bread as raw material, foam pudding using egg whites, to jelly pudding made by mixing agar with milk, cornstarch, or beaten eggs and often served with a sauce called vla.

Well, one type of pudding that is no less popular is Custard Pudding. But unlike most recipes, this pudding doesn’t use any jelly ingredients, but only eggs, sugar, and milk. Even so, this does not detract from the beauty of this pudding when served. The melted caramel sauce on top adds to the appearance of beauty while also making them taste even more delicious. This pudding will be more delicious when served cold.
