Cane Sugar-Sweetened Tarragon Carrot Shrub Cocktail is a drink with a unique and fresh taste because it combines the strong flavors of cocktails such as prosecco, vodka, or gin with vegetables such as carrots as the main, as well as the addition of cane sugar, apple cider vinegar, and sea salt which makes the taste even better great fun.

Ingredients

  • 1 small handful of fresh tarragon

  • 2 cups shredded carrots

  • 2 cups water

  • ½ cup cane sugar

  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar

  • ½ teaspoons sea salt

  • 1 oz vodka, prosecco, and sparkling water (optional)

  • Iced to taste

  • whole baby carrot with the top, orange slices, rosemary sprig, reusable metal straw for garnish

Directions

  • Enter the grated carrots into a small saucepan, add water, sugar, and salt, let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, stirring. Remove the pan from the heat and add the tarragon. Stir and let it soak. Refrigerate for another 10 minutes. Strain then add the apple cider vinegar.
  • Pour into a glass, add 1 oz of vodka, a sprinkle of prosecco, and half the sparkling water and ice cubes. Garnish with whole baby carrot with the top, orange slices, rosemary sprig, and add a reusable metal straw to make it easier for you to drink.

Serve Cane Sugar-Sweetened Tarragon Carrot Shrub Cocktail along with Greek Garbanzo Bean Salad.
