Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb tilapia fish, cleaned, wiped dry, and cut into 3-inch piece strips

  • FISH SEASONING:
  • 1 ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon brown sugar

Saute over low heat or bake in the oven for 15 minutes on one side then turn and 5 minutes on the other side until the fish hardens and is cooked through.
