Making ice cream at home is one of the most fun activities, especially for the children who participate in making it. In addition to its soft and creamy texture, ice cream is also healthy because it is made from milk, so many people like it, including children. What’s more, the ice cream made with this recipe doesn’t contain egg yolks, so it’s less fatty and creamy than the ice cream you might normally consume.

Apart from saving time, the ingredients are cheap and easy to obtain. You even only need 3 ingredients and it takes less than half an hour to make it.

Ingredients And How You Can Do:

500 ml Full Cream Milk
1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
vanilla extract

Put 500 ml of Full Cream Milk in a large bowl. Stir at high speed until ingredients are very soft. Add 1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk and vanilla extract to add to the vanilla aroma then beat again with a mixer for about 5 minutes. Enter the dough into a large enough container. Store in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight, until completely frozen. You can add toppings according to your taste.

  • 1 cans Susu Kental Manis

  • vanilla extract

Directions
